![]() ![]() Once this was changed to "read and write" then Product Manager could succeed in authorizing my machine. Obviously this will prevent IK Product Manager from correctly registering that products are authorized. ![]() On my system (MacOS Mojave 10.14.6) many of these plist files had their "everyone" tab set to "no access". Basically, dig into your User>Library>Preferences folder and find all files, get info, unlock the permissions tab with your admin password, and change the permissions for "everyone" to "read and write". IK support got back to me very swiftly with instructions on how to resolve. Just FYI - If you are having authorization issues with T-Racs or other IK products, it might be related to permissions on the dreaded plist files. All good.Īny ideas ? (or anyone else?) Maybe there's a prefs file I can trash to reset things? I may have had an old version of T-Racks CE / Custom Shop / whatever installed but had no components purchased or authorized, maybe that's causing an issue somehow?īTW I am on Mac Pro 6,1 cylinder (Intel 12-core) and MacOS 10.14.6 Mojave. but TR5 and all of its components are still saying "9 days remaining".ĪmpliTube 5 Max and all the other bits and pieces of Total Studio 3.5 Max seem to be correctly authorized. All products show a green checkmark in Custom Shop, and it reports "Purchases Restored Successfully" as expected.
